Pimento Bacon Cheese Burger

SWMBO away so had to fry up some homemade bacon then some patties a la Dyal. On toasted brioche buns with pimento cheese. Played with a risotto cake-- store bought, sorry. Good meal.

I remember hating pimento cheese when I was a kid. My dad would make it and I wouldn't eat it. Times have changed. I love it now. My favorite thing to do with my dad now is to get some cheeze-its and dip it in with some TabascoSt. Johns County, Florida

Great use of the CI grill pan Chubbs. I never heard of a risotto cake.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
