Cooking 150 lbs of top round today for the little league bull and oyster roast. On the down hill side as it's been on since 730 am. I think I like smoking on it in the winter as it has been very easy to control the temp today with it being only 30 degrees outside.

Here is the eye round that I put on for myself. I cooked top round for the event and had two eye rounds in the freezer so decided to cook them up. I really think I like cooking eye round as the grain only goes one direction and it's easy to slice with no waste ends.

Sorry don't have any of them as the LL family's were going to do ALL the sides and I was to do beef only. At 4 (it started at 6) I was told we needed to do the sides also. Just had a thought that I should have gotten some oyster from the guy shucking them and tossed them on the grill to get some smoke. Maybe next time.
