anybody have any cooking temps while cooking baby back ribs using the bbq gura

You can hit 225-250 for a slow cook.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

Best finish-line indicator I have found is the toothpick test. Insert a toothpick into the thickest rib meat-no resistance and you are there. Start checking as mentioned above in the 5 hour range with a dome at about 250*F. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Like others have said 225-275 for 4.5-5 hours..toothpick, bendy. I don't foil or spritz. I think @RRP does them turboMemphis, TN ----> Chattanooga, TN

Figure 5 hours @ 225° to 250°. Have had inconsistent results with foiling so would recommend against it. Spritzing at equal intervals last 2 hours with apple juice keeps bark under control, but spray fast ... Like they say, "If you're looking you ain't cooking."Beef...It's what's for dinner tonight.
