Did everything in the house. It was nasty out and I didn't feel like going outside.
Coffee seasoning on one and salt and pepper on the other. Coffee was mine.

@JohnnyTarheel , one part coffee, one part season salt, one part sugar, half part black pepper.
I apply liberally to the steak (works great on chops too), after first flip, I dust again, as well as the other side.------------------------------
