First pizza on the XLBGE
New Egger here, made a meatloaf to start, then the pizza bug bit.
I started with a basic pepperoni (using fresh mozzarella) and then moved to a BBQ meatloaf version. So good. I am officially hooked.
The crust was very thin, and quite crisp. Couldn't be happier.

It looks great! You may want to consider using the plate setter or two stones. Although if you like a little char on the bottom that is cool as well. It is just a bit easier to control the temp of the stone you are cooking on if you have an indirect piece between the fire and the stone.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
