OT -- Friday Night
Been on an Italian kick this week it seems...
very cold; and now we are in line for a snow storm tomorrow.
Not sure what I'll egg this weekend
Simmered this all day... Gravy with beef short ribs, a small pork shoulder, hot sausage, and some home made meatballs.
