Looking forward to some Rockwood

    Just got my first two bags of Rockwood from my local ACE Hardware. Plan on using it on a small brisket on Thursday. Looking forward to being able to get it locally after listening to some of you extol its qualities.

    Which Ace?  I'm following up with the Florida stores south of Orlando to see how the process is working.

    Ace Hardware in Boynton Beach, FL. They do not stock it in the store (its a small store). They ordered it from the GA warehouse. They get a truck in from the warehouse on Tues and Sat. I ordered it on Wednesday and it was waiting for me on Saturday morning.  They carried it out to my car while I was at the register paying for it.  Process worked well from my perspective.
