Well done.....looks awesome. What was your cook time?
I need to try beef ribs.

@KennyLee beef ribs were about 6-6.5 hours. I might try bumping up the temp to 275f next time.
-
Gotcha.....did you leave them on longer than the baby backs? I did baby backs today and went with my normal five hours at 250-260*.

@KennyLee the beef ribs went on earlier then the baby backs. My baby backs vooked the same time as yours. The reason I suggested a higher dome temp is the beef ribs still could have rendered off more fat for my liking.

Good to know....I'll keep that in mind when I give the beef ribs a shot!

So, the important question ... if you could only cook one, which one would it be?
Washington, IL > Queen Creek, AZ ... Two large eggs and an adopted Mini Max

@Jeepster47 Since I've only cooked the beef ribs once I cant give you an answer yet. The beef ribs do cost more $4.99lb never seen them on sale and baby backs I buy when on sale at $2.99-3.49lb. All prices in Canadian dollars.

The beef one looks awesome!____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli

Opps ... don't include cost in the equation. Based only on flavor, which would you cook?Tinyfish said:@Jeepster47 Since I've only cooked the beef ribs once I cant give you an answer yet. Both ribs look great but I would go for a plate of the beef ribs if there was any leftovers.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

I will be able to give a better answer tomorrow. Reheating the beef ribs will render a little more fat then I'll answer which one.Jeepster47 said:
