This is my entry for the cure, wife was pleased with round one, now to see if I can keep delivering!
Frenched Lamb Rack, lowered grate 400 to 425 direct to 130 IT. Rosemary and thyme with evoo. Went simple for first lamb cook.Large BGE - 2014
