@tshelburn - nice cook!  But so sorry to hear about your electricity issues.  If you have some Old Crappy T-Shirts lying around - you can dip in oil and make a quick lantern.  Just an idea.  

Also I LOVE your Kitchen Counter - very unique.   Could you snap a quick pic zoomed out & post?
