@Eggcelsior I agree. Not the punchline I expected at all. A heads up would have been nice.

@theyolksonyou 100% Agree. You have Lynch. Use him!

Seahawks really showed their thug side at the end.

I liked the half time show. It was clean and appealed to all ages which the shows in the past have not.  I thought the lion that Katy Perry rode was sooo cool. My daughter, age 21, said that this was the first show that did not cater to the old folks, like me at age 54, by playing classic rock and roll music.  I told her it's the old farts like us who can afford those tickets. lol.

If you remember flying before most airlines became cattle cars with passengers stacked like cord wood, the Doritos airplane commercial was pretty funny.   Everybody has been there.  Hoping the middle seat goes empty, or that you get the pretty girl.  At least the baby wasn't screaming its ears off over the pressure changes.

@LadyGT:  Your daughter is spot on.  The purpose of the half time show is not to entertain the old farts that spent $1k/ticket to be there.  It's to keep the TV audience, especially the viewers that don't care too much about the game, glued to the set to keep halftime ad prices high.

Missy Elliott was the biggest bust of all. Her last chart hit was in 2008 and it peaked at #95. Not Super Bowl worthy whatsoever.
  • I thought Budweiser's attack on microbrews was highly entertaining, especially given just how many of them they've been buying up.

Disagree. She stole the show at halftime. All the more impressive since she's battling Grave's Disease.

I LOL'd at that one. "We make **** beer and we don't care! Beechwood!" That was the gist of that message.

Agree clicked. I also liked Katy Perry's performance. And Lenny Kravitz as well. Super Bowl has a different artist and these artists put on amazing perfoopinion imo.
