I cooked a couple slabs of spear ribs and the trimmings today for lunch. They were good as usual and only took 3 hours at 250 to 275 in cold, wet windy day. On Friday I cooked a 2 pound porter house with asparagus. This was also very good. Boy, am I ever glad to be back to cooking on the egg.
