Salmon rolls with cream cheese dill spread

Hopefully find time to Egg these today. If not, guess I'll put cook them in a CI pan in the house.
Bought a salmon filet, cut into three pieces. Precooked bacon for wrapping as well. Spread consisted of cream cheese, dill, salt, pepper, and a little Jim's Own Mustard sauce.
Wrapped with the bacon, and spread a little more mustard sauce on top.
Cell pictures may not be the best, so I apologize.

Didn't get to Egg today, so just fried up in the house along with some center cut chops. Salmon was pretty good though.
