    I think that you are correct. I have heard the same but not 100% sure.

    It is two different kinds of salmon. One was sockeye and the other was coho. They claim to be caught wild, but I can not say for sure if they were or not. I purchased them from Quality Seafood in Biloxi if I remember correctly. Good luck with the shrimp. I will be standing by to see them.
    No pics on this one, but they turned out just ok.  I think I could have left them on another 30 seconds to a minute.  Nobody got sick or anything, so that's good.  Low bar set for my first shrimp cook.  The milk seems to have done the trick removing that 'fishy' odor, but I think I want to do something else with them.  I did one skewer with Old Bay, one with OB and cayenne, and one with memphis dust.  I think next time I'd prefer some sort of glaze, either chili paste, or garlic herb butter, something along those lines.
