what did you marinate with, anything? I tried the recipe for red wangs with V8 and wasn't impressed, still had the odor of V8 which turned me off.Got some new ones soaking in some teryaki stuff for tonight. Those look great though!BGE XL in the Pacific NW

@orbbq - search on here for Cazzy's wings. you have to plan ahead, i day for marinade to develop, one day for the actual soak. no marinate just some salt and pepper. then sauced them with store bought sauce.

Try this Wing marinade.1.5 parts soy sauce or Dale's ( my preference )1 part Lemon Juice1 part Franks' Red Hot saucemix together and marinade wings between 12-24 hours.Everyone I know loves these.

Those look great !! It's the only way my family likes wings now indirect and smoked !!! We go 375 for an hour never a bad batch enjoy
