Chops cut from a roast. Marinated in Dichikos Garlic and served with spaghetti squash.
XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

We go to a butcher and it's the kind of place that when you ask for chops (or steaks) the response is how thick do you want it cut... We typically get them 1.5" thick.. and then cook them +500-600. DANG Good!!!!!

Nice chops! I picked up some wild rice stuffed pork loins a couple of weeks ago, they took a while to cook.
