Voilà!
Tossed the Brussels sprouts with some olive oil and kosher salt. Roasted in the egg for 30 minutes at ~500F. I added the carrots 30 seconds after placing the Brussels sprouts pan in the egg with just a squirt of honey.
Brushed some worcestershire sauce on the steaks.

Thanks guys, this was good. It has been a while since I cooked something on the egg (it was frozen shut). I had to use a torch to melt about half an inch tick of ice arround the gasket...____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli

You cooked those to the exact consistency I prefer. What temp did you pull those? Reverse sear?

@Sweet100s - Raised direct at 500-600F for 8 minutes. I raised the grid because I filled the egg with charcoal up to the top of the fire ring. I usually don't use that much charcoal but I wanted to let it run hot for a while to melt all the ice and get rid of tue humidity in the ceramic. I cook steak by "feel"; I touch them and when they feel right, I pull them. They were probably somewhere between 125-130F.Sweet100s said:You cooked those to the exact consistency I prefer.
