SAMs has these for 199 bucks if anyone else is interested in them. I just reserved 6 for myself that I'm picking up on the ride home tomorrow. Lifetime warranty for 199 is kind of hard to pass up. They are 55 quarts. Just thought I would share.

I have never actually laid eyes on one in person, but have heard a lot of favorable talk about them. Anyone have one and care to share their thoughts?

We may be getting close to making that happen. Toilet paper son just moved to Kentucky so there is now a open room in the house!!

Absolutely brother D. Would be a honor to have you. If you ever relly want to come down for the winter, I have a second home just this side of Mobil Alabama that you are more than welcome to stay in. It's nothing fancy but it's free. You would have unlimited access to to Unit #4 and Unit #5 as that is where they stay. Just say when.

Every now and then they mark those down between 99-150 bucks. The next time they do it, I'm going to buy a pile of them. Just like these coolers.

I've heard the Vision Kub go for $99-$150 on clearance. I'm not sure about full size though. If you find it for that price let me know

It's the Kub that I'm referring to. For some reason I can't enlarge the pic and just assumed that it was the Kub.

It would be the large version of the egg for $245

$245 is not bad at all for a full size knock off. However I have never seen the full size ones in the Gulfport store. Only the little Kub. I'm sure that they would order it though.

At the present, im not offshore on the platforms. Im dock side on a barge being converted to haul spooling reels for Exxon/Mobil. I spend a lot of my time screwing off on the forum and bird and boat watching :D

In March we will be taking her out in the Gulf for sea trials though. Im enjoying being dock side while I can.

I have nothing to do with casing work. Mostly work on the mainline, risers, jumpers, PLETS  and FLETS.

Here are a couple more. They are bringing in a 3,000 ton derek barge to set the reels. I will snap some pics of that big boy and post. This barge is 450 foot long by 150 foot wide.
