@Brisket_Fanatic‌ if I had it to do over again, I'd cut the chorizo in half. It overpowered everything else. Plus it stays with me for a long time. :-S

Your sweet potatoes looked so good that they were on the egg tonight. Little olive oil and one hour at 400ish was just right. Thanks for the idea. Skipped the meatloaf though and just had some plain old steak.
