Hearing her up to blacken some triggerfish for a ceasers salad. No cook too small for the XL. HOWEVER A MINIMAX WOULD BE NICE!!!

That is some good eating. Last time I was in the Golf of California we caught some of those and had the resort cook them up for supper. Delish!
