New Year's Meal
Smoked up some fresh onion sausage on the mini with some apple wood. Also whipped up some collards with a leftover hambone for flavor. Along with some rice and black eyed peas. Ready for wealth and health in 2015!

It was @Chubbs! It's from Cone's Meat Market in Ridge Spring. You gotta give them a try. This past weekend, we loaded the trunk of our car with about 1.5 to 2 months worth of local meat for only $167.

Awesome brother. Sausage and pone, two of my personal favorites. Enjoy.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

@Chubbs, I think we got 7 whole chickens, 2 chuck roasts, 2 pork butts, 3 or 4 packs of skinkess boneless chicken breasts, 4 or 5 packs of pork chops, 5 lbs of ground beef, 5 lbs of linked onion sausage, 2 packs of bulk onion sausage, 2 jars of hot pickled okra, 1 jar of Cone's hash (awesome btw), 5 packs of chicken legs, and probably some other stuff I'm not thinking of. Everything is very fresh and tastes better than the Wally World hormone injected stuff. We try to stock up every couple of months. It's about 30-35 minutes from our house. Probably about an hour from downtown Columbia.

Do you pick what you want or they have the monthly bundle and you get what they give you?Dyal_SC said:@Chubbs, I think we got 7 whole chickens, 2 chuck roasts, 2 pork butts, 3 or 4 packs of skinkess boneless chicken breasts, 4 or 5 packs of pork chops, 5 lbs of ground beef, 5 lbs of linked onion sausage, 2 packs of bulk onion sausage, 2 jars of hot pickled okra, 1 jar of Cone's hash (awesome btw), 5 packs of chicken legs, and probably some other stuff I'm not thinking of. You just pick up what you want. They have weekly specials though. I follow them on FB to keep up with those.
