wok the new year

Sher-Bear and I are going healthy the first of next week so we're sneaking in a few favs. Shrimp and cheese grits.

Dying to use the new wok I egged the shrimp. ..little oil, Old Bay and a couple minutes. Turned out good. Looking forward to learning more about the wok.
