Mrs Mattman3969 asked for this so I felt I had to oblige.
Really simple chicken breast cook that is very flavorful and contains lots O buttah,chicken stock,lemon juice and capers. I seasoned the breast with S&P then dredged in flour and lightly fried in a butter/EVOO mix. Removed chicken added capers,stock,lemon juice and more butter boiled for a bit and the chicken went back in for 5mins or so. Removed chicken again and whisked the sauce with more butter till it stiffened up. It had a flavor that I've never been able to pull out of boneless breast. Done in the house on the hot thing in the middle of my island so no egg was involved. imageimage
