It was a success. Salp&Pepper, garlic and oregano as rub 3 hrs prior of going on the egg. Indirect at 225 for the 3 hrs. Bump it up to 300 for the last 1.5 hrs as diner time was coming soon. Removed at IT 115 and let it rest for about 20-30 min.
