Nothing fancy. Couple of butts over Rockwood, pecan and cherry. Will have pulled pork sammies tomorrow, Brunswick stew sometime next week, maybe some taquitos, tacos or chimichangas later too. On at 10:20 at 260 ish. Plan to FTC during church.
My butcher was closed for the holiday weekend so I wound up at Food Lion. Picked these up for 1.99/# with card. Not bad. When I opened them up, one was falling apart at the bone. I guess I could have separated and had more bark, but I've been itching to try tying something and this seemed like a good excuse. :-B

Man these little boogers took forever! Almost 12 hrs. Of course, I had a visit from the temperature gremlins about three this morning. Oh well, they were done just in time to leave. Bout to turn them into some pulled goodness.
