Fajita pans ... can they be used to keep steak warm or will cutting on them mark them.

All I would offer is the following, "If you received what you asked for (within reason) then consider yourself in a great relationship/environment!" If you did not then I can relate! Some days the dog...but " I have never mastered the first law of holes: "When in a hole, stop digging." Perhaps in 2015!
