Cooked my first beef tenderloin for Christmas. Turned out pretty good so I thought I'd share. Melted 4 sticks of butter, lemon pepper, crushed black peppercorn, and seasoned salt. Cooked it in an aluminum pan, direct, for about 45 min at 475.
