Better than putting Legos together

So my Christmas day was spent doing final construction on the table that my Father-in-Law had built for me together. It came from Durham to MD in pieces in the back of a jeep:

The inaugural cook will be tonight; 16.5 pound packer, untrimmed.

Nice table, great FIL. Looking forward to the brisky.

Yes, do let us know how that packer turns out. Just read piece in our local newspaper today about a smoking duo who captured a Grand Champion trophy in 2010 in Fernandina Beach, FL; they recommend 225 then foiling when it hits 165...cook a couple more hours...finally off the heat and rest for 45. They say any suggestion a brisket cook requires 12-14 hours is total BS.Beef...It's what's for dinner tonight.

Jealous. The boy got 3,000 plus new Legos in a multitude of sets that I'll be helping with over the next few days. I'd much rather put that together.

I'm hoping that all the Legos my daughter got will be put together by the time her grandparents head out of time...Boileregger said:Jealous. The boy got 3,000 plus new Legos in a multitude of sets that I'll be helping with over the next few days. I'd much rather put that together.
