BBQ Wings

Had to make wings for a bunch of people.  I picked up 40 Whole wings and split them into 80 parts.  This just fit on the XL BGE Grate.

Marinated Overnight in Canola, White Vinegar, Garlic, Hot Red Pepper, Black Pepper, Salt and Some Dizzy Dust.

Prepped Egg to 250 indirect with FOGO Lump and Apple Wood Chunks

Rubbed with Dizzy Dust and onto the Egg for 2 Hours Indirect.

Glazed with half Apple Juice and Half Stubbs Sweet Heat for final 15 mins

Came Out Awesome.  One of my favorite cooks.
