Crown roast is one of my personal favorites. However I can not give a time as there are just to many things that can come into play. Examples- How it's laid out, is it stuffed, drip pan, actual cooking temp, etc etc..... However I will offer this. I like to pull them in the 135 degree arena if unstuffed and let them rise to 140 degrees unassisted. They are basically a big pork chop so pull yours at whatever temp you normally pull real thick chops at. Again, for me thats right in the 135 degree arena. However we all like something a little different.GalanteNate_OneEa said:Mine is 18 rib and just looking for some time and temp from anyone who has done one.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

I like to cook them any where from 325-375 degrees indirect. Works like a charm every time. At these temps, cook time is dramatically reduced.

@stemc33 not gonna be fancy or stuffed but I will do my best to document and post

If we chose to stuff them, we cook the roast and the stuffing separate. The roast will cook much more evenly unstuffed. Once they are both cooked, then I stuff. Foolproof. That's why I do itGalanteNate_OneEa said:@stemc33 not gonna be fancy or stuffed but I will do my best to document and post
