Tonight's Pizza

Tonight's offering, my pizza cooks are all similar, this was 3/4 pepperion and sausage, tomatoes, 50/50 provolone and motzarella cooked on a screen at 575/600 for 8 to 10 minutes then direct to stone turning every 90 seconds until it looks like the top of a loaf of bread

Nice. I hope to get a stone next week. Cannot wait to try a thin pizza. I will probably try store bought thin the first go round. Looks really good and I love tomato slices on pizza.
