Tennessee is seeing prices in that range. Cross the state line into GA and it's 2.35 ish and we're glad to see it.

I got my first motorcycle in 2007, when I for the first time paid over $50 for a tank of gas.

 

Today I filled my truck for less than $50 for the first time since!

I'm keeping the motorcycles, however.

$3.35 for diesel today...  Damn the ultra-low sulfur EPA regulations!!!  A use-to-be less refined by-product of gasoline should always be cheaper than gas.

$.99 per liter is about $3.75 per gallon.

I like $3.00 to $4.00 gas. I work in the oil and gas industry and when prices are this low i start to worry about employment.

Yep, took less that $3 to fill up the Volkswagen ... filled it up about every other week.  Best price I can remember was 17.9¢ during a price war in Detroit.  Also, remember when it hit 75¢ a gallon ... thought we'd all stop driving at that price.
