Nothing special-but not bad

My buddies from lake charles brought me a bunch of boudin when they came up to hunt. Its from a little place called sonniers. Damn good stuff. I cant get enough. This is chicken boudin. I just smoked it indirect for bout half hour. Casing gets a little crisp but inside is nice and moist. imageimageimage
