3 bone pork loin roast

Cut a Costco rack of pork up into a few chops and this roast for tonight. Marinated/brined the roast in apple juice with a salt, brown sugar, spice and herb mixture then lightly seasoned with a brown sugar and spice blend. Seared direct around 600* on each side for a couple of minutes then threw the plate setter in to finish it off at 300* indirect. Glazed it in a homemade Jack Daniel's sauce around the 125* mark and pulled it off at 145* to let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
