    I recently switched to indirect to get that crisp skin. Like others have said, maybe 15 extra minutes to get the same temp but the extra time helps the skin. Thats cooking at the felt line at 400. Found out accidentally really when I did some ABTs first and was too lazy to pull the PS out. Chicken was the best ever. Not going back.
