Just found this stuff at Publix and bought my 1st bottle. Used last night on wings and dipped sausage balls in today. They need to make a bigger bottle. What are some other uses for this stuff???

Can't tell from the pick what is in it, but Baltimore Pit Beef traditionally has Tiger Sauce on it Not sure if it's the same.__________________________________________It's not a science, it's an art. And it's flawed.- Camp Hill, PA

Greek owner is from boston and says that it is used in New England.

I have used it as a 30 minute marinade for shrimp kabobs. It's excellent for this purpose.

That stuff, I believe, is made in Louisiana. The Reilly food company is based in New Orleans.

Johnny Trigg uses it in his wrapping mixture for ribs. I've used it this way and was really good.

It's funny. I've got some that I use (I collect hat sauces so I have a bunch that I don't use) and have only found it in Oriental markets. Didn't know it was from NOLA
