Quick Flat Iron Steak
Marinated in evoo and red wine vinegar for 4 hours. On the egg direct 500 for about 8 minutes 130IT... Quick and delicious

Might be my new favorite cut, on sale at Whole Foods for $8lb vs $18 for ribeye or NY strip. Very flavorful and tender.

That looks delicious. I made a shoulder tender the other night that was great but I didn't marinate it. I'm going to try that.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!
