Nom nom nom... =P~
They were stuffed with Mozzarella, lots of seasoned Ricotta, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Sautéed Baby Bella Mushrooms and more Mozzarella. Brushed with Egg Wash and cooked at a 450 deg f dome temp til they were nice and golden. Finished them with some Garlic Butter and Parmesan Cheese. SWMBO said they were the best yet. Gotta keep her happy cuz she's better looking, smarter and my sugar momma. Lots of good work lunches this week.

Thx guys! @Dobie, that is the premade pizza dough from Publix. I made 4 large calzones out of 2 balls of dough.

@henapple. LOL No, that is the Reynolds 2 sided parchment paper. It is foil on the bottom and parchment on top. Makes it easy to slide them on the stone.

Cool we have Publix here and used the dough for calzone one time. It came out pretty thick and one ball made only two. Need to roll it out thinner. Will do it again soon, yours makes me want to!Jacksonville FL -

Ok, did quesadillas tonight based on yours last week, now gotta do calzones. You slay me. Didn't do pics and such cause I wasn't planning to post, but youngest son declared they were officially the best quesadillas ever. Thanks for the inspiration.
