Venison candy

I had some venison, various cuts, so I decided to skewer them and try two different glazes.  The first was a peanut sause and the second was Bone Sucking Sause.  Vegs, inc. romanesco, were put into the pan with "DP Shaking the Tree".  Cooked at 350 direct to try getting a crisp outer layer. 

The pennut one was good but the Bone Sucking was the best venison I've had in a long time. The glaze was sweet and just like burnt ends, Bambi Burnt Bits  (BBBs).    Good Stuff
