rack o lamb and left overs

Rack of lamb and a few chicken breast. Did one cb with the rib coating. Everyone said they wouldn't eat lamb.. and then it was gone.
BlackBerry jam and dijon mustard rub coated with French bread crumbs, parsley and pecans. Indirect till 130. As good as steak. The butcher and I had a great conversation and she really cut the price. Left over sweet potatoes and squash.

@henapple- It looks outstanding sir. Lamb is one of my favorites. When I can find the smaller racks, I will cook them raised direct giving them a flip here and there. Gives it a slightly different texture that most enjoy. Again, great job Uncle Apple.
