For those who don't know, one of our own is having hip replacement surgery on Wed. Not sure of all the pre op routine so I wanted to make this a little early.

@Ladeback69‌ we don't know each other personally, but I appreciate your input here. Also, really cool party you threw for your brother. You will be in my thoughts this week. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Maybe your wife will miss the egged food and finally let you cook the lasagne.

what ever your religious or not religious philosophy is, keep @Ladeback69‌ in your thoughts as well.

@ladeback69  Good luck and here's to a speedy recovery.  My uncle had both hips replaced at the same time and was up and around very quickly.

WOW, thank you @theyolksonyou‌ and @jcaspary‌ for your kind words and thoughts. This will be my second in 4months so I am not at nervous this time. I hope to be home Today and back to work in 6 weeks. My 84 year old uncle is recovering from having a 40 year old or so replacement replaced. He is doing great. Thank you everyone for the prayers and well wishes. I am getting things done now before I am stick in my house.

@Ladeback69 - I hope you can rig up some way to egg while you're recovering. Maybe your family will miss your cooking so much they will buy you a Mini Max so you can cook from a chair or something while you get back on your feet. Maybe you can take your recovery to share your egg knowledge with someone to assist in your cooks. Anyway, all the best to you and your family. (Make sure they don't think this hip replacement is your Christmas present when it really should be a second egg!)
