That it is! We had a fun time installing ours as tolerances around the SS so it could be high temp siliconed in. There was no room for error or play.

Damn right it is, I've had mine in and out 3 times in various stages of building my table and using it for a few cooks. The last time I took it out to paint it, I got smart and zip tied the hinge (just in case) loosened the top band and removed the lid, plus all the guts. So much easier.

First cook was spatchcock chickens and second cook (the next day) was pork loin, baked potatos, and grilled asparagus. Sorry no pics, I will do a better job next time, I am jtjohnston1970 on youtube
