Can't handle the possum....but coon is on the way...soon.

that turkey is a great example of meat glue hard at work. 2 Breast glued together with skin glued to the outside. People (me) pay top dollar for this stuff in fancy restaurants these days! here is a fancy version I got at Drago Cetro in LA and the 2nd pic is our recreation at home. I bet Swift never guessed this would have fine dining implications when they invented the "2lb Turkey roast" )
