Wagner ware dutch oven use?

Greetings-
In preparation for doing the turkey for Thanksgiving Mad Max style, I came across a Wagner ware dutch oven in our basement (from a Grandmother, I believe). It is not cast iron, but based on research done online it is aluminum. I also have the trivet to put in the bottom to raise the turkey off the bottom. Anyone used one of these and if so, does it hold up on the Egg? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks for looking and have a great holiday season.
Cheers!
