    Thanks so much . I have the salmon wrapped and weighted . I would like to cold smoke it after it's been cured . What are your thoughts on this ? How long should it sit in the fridge after it's been cured ? I have a party to go to on Sunday and would love to bring the salmon. I know it's cutting it close but as of ten minuets ago the salmon is curing ... What do you think ? Also the pics of your lox are phenomenal ! Thanks so much fort he help

    I like the way you have anchored it to your table. Could you please, in detail, explain what I need and how you did it. What do I need to buy from Lowes. I am talking about the cable anchors, hooks etc.

    Did not want to complicate that thread, least someone objects to non BGE material.
