Very Simple Saturday Night Cook (Pork Loin) (Pics)

My kids love pork loin, and I do too, so I cooked one Saturday night. It was a very busy day, but I wanted to cook and this was simple enough.

Every time I cook a whole one the flavor seems lacking. I started having my butcher cut them into 1" slices for me. That way I can get more flavor into each piece. It works out better for me this way.

I used salt and pepper and bone sucking sauce rub on each individual piece.

I ended up with 20 slices, and that many was going to overcrowd one egg so I cooked on both of them.

I cooked these direct because for some reason bridezilla prefers direct over indirect. I was informed of this 10 minutes AFTER I got back from my dealer with a new platesetter so I would have one for each egg.

I cooked these at around 350. It didn't take long. I pulled them at 145.

Here is a pathetic attempt at a plated pic. Don't laugh too hard, but here goes.

I know this was just a very simple cook and not really worthy of posting, but I had fun, and it was good so why not?
