First post... Pork loin
First post, had egg two weeks. Cooked ribs, pork butt, steak and chicken. Tonight did pork loin and some sweet potatoes discs. Cooked at 350 for about 1.5 hrs. Delicious.

How big was the tenderloin? The few that I have done didn't take any where near that long, although I think they were smaller. GO NAVY!!

Welcome! It looks like a tenderloin on the sliced pics and a loin on the raw ones. Maybe two tenderloins side by each. Pork loin is awesome done at 250*. Tenderloins hotter and faster
