Love it !!!  I had an Indian missionary from North and my next door neighbor from South over for dinner a few weeks ago....The egg was hot and the meat and Veg's were flying everywhere....we had a throwdown. I love learning about different cultures.

I got a few recipes, meat from the North region and vegetables from the South region of India. 

I think I could founder on Garlic Naan !!!!

@Canugghead - fantastic! I think we sat at that same table when your brother took us there the food pics are making me drool - we loved everything we ate that day.

That is one of the best things I've read on this site in quite some time.  Good stuff!!  

Food like that found at Lee's is what I look for every time we travel.  I think a big part of the deterioration of society leads back to the lack of time spent around a table breaking bread with friends and enemies alike!!
