Marinated Pork Tenderloin on Mini Max (recipe and Pics)
I grilled two marinated Pork Tenderloins on the Mini Max tonight. I make these often but these were by far the best ever, tender and juicy, I love the Mini Max.
Marinade:
1/2 cp teriyaki
1/2 cp soy
3 tbs brown sugar
2 green onions chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tbs sesame seeds
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbs canola oil
1 package of two Pork Tenderloins
combine first 9 ingredients then add pork tenderloins to a gallon ziplock, refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, I do overnite.
Get the Egg 350 to 400 and grill tenderloins direct, turning once after about 10 minutes until IT is 140. I baste the tenderloins as they cook. I also like to simmer left over marinade and use as an au juice when served. Enjoy you won't be disappointed this is eggcellent.

This was an awesome marinade with the pork. Very important to save some marinade to use over the slices when serving.

We cooked this last night on the MM. Great recipe! Very moist and the flavor was outstanding. Thanks again @Mickey for your tip to remove the daisy wheel for the dialing-in on the temp.

Glad you liked it. Works best for me on all the EggsSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).
