Crab Stuffed Pasta Shells

I saw this a while back on the Smokey Goodness channel on YouTube and have been wanting to try it out.  Very simple.  Combine 10 Oz +/- shredded cheddar (I used an 8 Oz bag), 3 stalks of celery (diced), 1 green pepper (diced), 3 cans of crab meat (I should have bought the lump) and the juice of 1/2 lemon. You also need a small jar of spaghetti sauce.  Take a 9x13 pan and pour enough spaghetti sauce to cover the bottom and pour the rest into the crab mixture.  Mix the mixture.  Boil a box of jumbo pasta shells to just before al dente.  Rinse with cold water to arrest the pasta's cooking.  Stuff the shells and fill the pan.  I had extra stuffing so I poured it on top.  Cover the pan with foil and cook indirect at 350 for 25 minutes.  Remove the foil and cook another 10 minutes.  Served with romaine salad broiled in the big clock.  I definitely will add this to the repertoire.
